Chapel, Parlor, Sanctuary, Luther Hall & Kitchen Use Fees

Effective January 1, 2010 (any bookings after this date)

General Information:

Fees are based on 5 hour usage
Fees are payable in advance

1. Use of Sanctuary only

Members - No fee
Non-Members - $500

2. Use of Luther Hall

Members - $50
Non-Members - $300

3. Use of Luther Hall and Adjoining Kitchen

Member - $80
Non-Members - $500

4. Use of Chapel, Parlor, and Chapel Kitchen

Member - $60
Non-Members - $450
- Example: small weddings, funerals, or piano recitals

5. Use of Chapel Parlor and Chapel Kitchen only

Member - $50
Non-Members - $200
- Example: showers, wedding receptions or anniversaries

6. Use of Chapel / Parlor only

Member - $30
Non-Members - $200

7. Housekeeping Fee

Member and Non-Member - $75

8. Building Attendant Fee

Non-Member Only - $75

9. Sound Attendant Fee - Sanctuary

Member & Non-Member - $50

Refundable Damage / Policy Violation Fee: $100.00 This check needs to be separate from the rental charge! This check will be given back to renter if everything is in order.

Exception to these fee structures may be made by the Senior Pastor of Congregation President. The Policy and Personnal Committee may grant contracts for the use of Luther Hall on a reduced fee schedule for community service purposes.

All fees are a utility fee for heating or cooling. All fees are to be paid at the church office prior to the rehearsal or event. Keys to the building must be picked up on Friday before Noon.
